Our staff in the kitchen prepares daily appetizing always different menus and and full of news with traditional products of our territory. The gardens of the Venetian Lagoon or Brian's rice fields, as well as the wines of Pramaggiore or Prosecco, lead us to enhance in our offer the richness of the typical Venetian and Italian products and the quality of the crops in the area. The catch of the Adriatic Sea it is always present in our menu with local flavors; at the Hotel Sofia fresh fish is served every day.
On the lower floor you will find the Bar at the Hotel Sofia, where you have the opportunity to sip an aperitif before dinner, have a long drink with friends in the evening and follow all the unmissable sporting events.
At Hotel Sofia we think that breakfast must be rich and nutritious in order to be full of energy to face the day! In fact, every morning we serves to abundant sweet and savory buffet breakfast. Fresh bread, homemade desserts, croissants, cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt, fruit and vegetables: there is something for all tastes and palates! Where and when? In the dedicated room from 7:15 to 10:00.
From 12:15 to 14:00 we serves to large buffet with a wide choice of appetizers, first courses, main courses, cooked and raw side dishes, salads and desserts of desserts and fruit. To propose typical dishes of the Italian and local tradition, our chef prefers to use raw materials at km 0 coming from trusted suppliers.
The dinner at the Hotel Sofia is a special moment. It provides a choice of menu con tre portate servite dal nostro personale di sala. Dinner is served from 19:00 to 21:00 and a double shift may be scheduled in the high season.
